I'm just letting you know what the score is. If you joined right now, You'd be playing Electronika with us, and any shows that happen to come up until the summer. Anything past that is unclear as of now.

Since Jason is already in the band, I'd basically give him his choice of instruments, and it seems he'd rather play guitar. You'd be playing whatever he isn't.

I've given Tyler a trump card in terms of re-joining the band, because I've worked with him a lot, and I've never had a single issue with him. He wants to come on the tour when it happens, but it's too early to tell if that will be possible. If he does come out, and you're still playing with us, you may get bumped. However, if you wanted to be a part of it, we could incorporate a bass part for the tour if you're interested in that.

I think I spoke a little soon. It seems we'll be playing one last show, and then taking a break while I finish the album solo.

If/when we play more shows, I'll get a hold of you Rian. Just letting you know it might be a few months before that happens.

Rian did. He set up the camera beforehand, but when we started playing they turned the lights off, and the light-balance got fucked.

The sound was fucking horrid anyway; at least it was on stage.

I've heard pictures exist, but I haven't seen any.

UPDATE:

Once again Purity Control has found itself without a keyboard player. In the last year, the live show has become a little harder and faster, and the synth parts have become a little more complex, though anyone with moderate synth/piano/other musical background should still be able to pick it up rather quickly.

If we find someone to join up, we'll be looking to play a few shows throughout the summer, and depending how well things go, a short tour may be a possibility.



Also, we've been considering experimenting with live drums, so if anyone is interested in drumming, let me know. It'll mostly be minimal snare+bass beats with fills. The ability to play in time to a backing track over headphones is a must. I have an electric kit to jam with, but a (small) acoustic kit would be required for the stage.
